This policy explains how Leland Real Estate (Leland Wong, REALTOR® with Galindo Group Real Estate, 4160 S Durango Dr Ste 120, Las Vegas, NV 89147) collects, uses and protects the information you share through www.lelandrealestate.org and its contact forms.

What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number and, depending on the form, your property address, your timeline, the listing you asked about, your investing market, experience and buy box, and any message you write. We also record the page the form was sent from and the time it was sent.

Like any website, our hosting provider receives technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your request: to call, text or email you about buying, selling, renting or investing in property, to schedule consultations and showings, and to prepare a property valuation or offer you asked for. When you submit a form you agree to be contacted by phone, text or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or email us to stop all contact.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share your phone number or consent to receive texts with third parties for their marketing.

Service providers we use

These companies process data for us only so the website works:

  • Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages hosting, Cloudflare Web Analytics, and storage of a backup copy of form submissions)
  • Cloudflare Turnstile (checks that form submissions come from a person, not a spam bot)
  • Resend (delivers form submissions to our inbox by email)
  • Google Maps (the maps embedded on the contact and listing pages; Google may set its own cookies when a map loads)
  • Instagram (the Instagram post embedded on the home page; Instagram may set its own cookies when it loads)

Each provider has its own privacy policy. Google (through the map embeds) and Instagram (through its embed) may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites when those embeds load; we do not control that collection, and you can limit it with your browser's cookie and tracking settings. When you follow a link to another website, such as our social media profiles or app store pages, that website's policy applies.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to work with you and to keep business records required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing team@lelandrealestate.org. Nevada residents can also ask us not to sell their covered information by emailing the same address; we do not sell personal information. We reply to requests within 60 days.

Security

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to form submissions is limited to Leland Wong and the people who help him run his business.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
